Our Story
The Private Plate was born in 2023 out of Chef Colin's passion for elevated cooking and personalized hospitality.
After serving 8 years as an Executive Chef at top restaurants and resorts across Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, Colin decided to focus on offering private luxury dining experiences on the island of Nantucket.
The Private Plate allows Colin to combine his culinary expertise with his joy for crafting bespoke events.
